Human Resource Generalist

Job Description: Provide clients with human resources support. Assist client executives, management, and staff with HR related questions on benefits, all associated laws, and payroll as it applies to Pro/Data on the Web. Position involves travel to client locations locally and possibly out-of-town.

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
• Must have at least four years experience in human resources field, preferably as a high level generalist.
• Position requires someone who is organized, detail oriented and able to perform multi-tasks.
• Must be able to work well in fast paced environment.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Human Resource Sales Specialist

Job Description: Pro/Data is seeking a professional with a background in sales of human resources or benefits systems. This candidate will be able to provide expert product consultation and ongoing marketing support for prospects and clients. This position is a quota driven assignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business or equivalent required.
• Must have solid prospecting, presentation, and closing skills with the proven ability to meet quota.
• Proven proficiency in developing and implementing training programs is essential.

Job Description: Pro/Data provides Corporate America with a fully integrated Web outsourcing solution for Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Self Service and Tax Management. Pro/Data seeks highly motivated qualified professionals to market our strategic business solutions. You will implement a top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFO’s, and HR Directors to convert prospects to clients and to sell upgrades of products/services to existing clients. The target marketplace is comprised of businesses with 100-5000 employees. However, the target marketplace has no limit to the number of employees.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will be degreed, averaging 3-5 years documented outside sales achievement in a fast-paced, quota driven sales environment.
• Preferred strategic (non commodity) sales experience in technology, outsourcing, business products, services, or HR solutions.
• Significant computer literacy will increase your competitive edge.
• With few exceptions, no overnight travel required.

Customer Service Representative/Implementation

Job Description: Facilitates conversion to Pro/Data’s payroll and/or HR systems to assigned new clients and converts additional features or products to existing clients. Coordinates training of client personnel on Pro/Data products to ensure effective and proper product use, and provides follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provides technical support and training to subordinate Customer Service Representatives and possibly Sales Interns regarding product features and installation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a client servicing processing capacity with payroll and HR knowledge, and proven proficiency in basic statistical computations and related problem resolution.
• Must have effective analytic and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure of time constraints.
• Knowledge of PC's, spreadsheets, Windows and Internet is needed.
• Successful candidates will have a degree in HR, Business or Accounting preferred (or equivalent in education or experience).
