After all, the best products and technologies are ineffective without proper commitment, planning and execution by a dedicated team of professionals. At Pro/Data, the old adage of "people doing business with people" serves as the foundation from the time of the initial sales process throughout the lifecycle of our products and services.

More specifically, we support our customers through three phases of customer care:

• pre-implementation,
• implementation and
• post-implementation.

Phase 1—Pre-implementation. During the first phase, prospects view live, interactive demonstrations that have been based on a detailed understanding of the company's needs and requirements. This includes development of a pilot that defines the project teams, responsibilities and time lines for implementation. Additionally, Pro/Data reviews the Pro/Data on the Web products selected and matches the customer's particular requirements to the products.

Phase 2—Implementation. Implementation services that are both business and technically oriented follow with the goal of maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This includes data conversion and end user training. Training is a key component of the client services offered. Pro/Data is set up to do extensive corporate and individual training through our Libertyville, IL facilities or on-site. Customized training allows users to maintain system integrity and upgrade to change screens, processes and data models. In the near future, we will be offering Web training seminars and a Virtual Self-Training Library. In addition, our Customer Service Representatives see your changes and activities in real time while speaking with you on the telephone.

Phase 3—Post-implementation. Service does not end once the system has been installed. Post-implementation support includes ongoing contract services; live help desk support and follow-up training.
